Here at Southern Kuya, we produce a range of delicious candy cured seafood products. We use fresh and ethically sourced seafood ranging from Yellowtail Kingfish to Abalone, Octopus and Tuna.
We infuse them with a range of mouth-watering flavours and cold smoke them to keep in their goodness. They make the perfect addition to any charcuterie board or even just an amazing snack which is also healthy for you with Omega 3, Vitamin E and Protein!
At Southern Kuya, one of the things we value most is affordability.
Fish has always been a relatively expensive product in the Australian market but due to our cost effective and sustainable production methods, we have finally found a way to introduce locally caught fish that are high in Omega 3 and protein at an affordable price.
In order to keep our prices low and our flavour high, we utilize a cost-effective production method to create our products.
